Jim Chitty MBA, DMS. Director

After a career of twenty-five years working in various Strategic and Operational management roles, Jim set up his own Learning and Development Company in 1997.

Through that Company and now with M@rix Solutions, he has worked with 25 Local Authorities across Southern England providing Training Courses, Management Development Programmes, Project Management and Best Value Reviews. Jim also has extensive Job Evaluation experience working in both the Local Authority and more recently the FE College sector where in early 2003 he carried out the first College JE project to use the Gauge AoC software. During this time he has also worked extensively for The South East Employers Organisation specifically promoting the benefits of Self Managed, Action and Accelerated Learning.

Judith Berrill, BA Hons. MCIPD

Widely experienced HR Manager, focusing on Policy Development for Equal Opportunities, Work/Life Balance, Grievance and Discipline, Adoption Leave, Job Share, Alcohol and Drug abuse, Training and Development. Judith has also led many major projects, successfully implementing such diverse tasks as an integrated Payroll System, Major Corporate restructuring, Workplace Nursery, Job Evaluation Schemes, Employment Law Implementation and Best Value Reviews.

 

Karen Tobin

Career in Local Government Finance and HR Administration. Karen advises on and delivers Job Evaluation Project Management and manages the M@rix Solutions North of England operation, which is based in Doncaster.
